67g granulated sugar
67g brown sugar
1 tbsp allspice
70g flour
60g pecans, chopped
56g melted unsalted butter

245g flour
5g baking powder
4g baking soda
3g salt
1 tbsp allspice
305g pure pumpkin purée
200g sugar
120g milk
2 eggs
84g coconut oil
4g vanilla extract

Instructions
- Start with the streusel: Mix all the dry ingredients, then add melted butter and combine. Set aside.
- Preheat oven at 175 C / 350 F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk all dry ingredients together. Set aside.
- In another bowl mix wet ingredients, then fold them into the dry ingredients.
- Pour half of the batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle 3 spoons of streusel on top, then add the rest of the batter into pan.
- Top with the remaining streusel and cook for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
